who would kindly do me a diet and fitness regime?
Im 5ft 3 247lbs and i am diabetic. Please help me with a good diet and fitness plan. Also i am in the UK so please bare this in mind when giving me good food tips etc. Please no nasty comments, i need help. I have a small child of 2 and no one to have her, so gym is out question, i do however have the wii fit and i am also getting a dog. Many thanks and i hope you can help me

you Just need the zip diet first. then just walk at least 30 minutes a day,
I do not know your age but u probably have diabetes mellitus 1, take care of it and good luck. AH i almost forgot, the zip diet in case you do not know consist on zip your mouth and eat responsable, chicken,vegetables, wheat, and so on. bye ?
Try the BENDER BALL. I tried this and I lost 5″ off my waist in just 4 days, results do vary, but I also lost 10 pounds in the first 2 weeks. One DVD lasts about 18-36 minutes and you can go at your own pace. About the food eat a diet that has lots of veggies. Salads are great and very good for you. As long as you have light dressing. Be careful with your fruit intake though because citrus tends to raise blood sugar. Good luck! Hope I helped! Btw I am also 5′3″ and was 204 lbs. Please email me and I’d be delighted to help. I had to take 12 months off exercise due to illness and have recently began to start all over again. If you could just let me know what dietary requirements you have – any allergies, vegetarian etc and if you have any physical ailments like any injuries etc then we can get you started
