I would like to open a fitness center in CT and have been looking online for property to lease, but I don’t know what kind of property to look for. I need mostly empty space with wood floors and a mirrored wall. I don’t think there’ll be machines. What should I be looking for?
I already know it should be commercial property, but listings I see are mostly office space or industrial listings. What type of commercial listings do I need to look for?

Commercial Properties. You might find the wood floors but the mirrored walls are your responsibility.

You need to look for FLEX SPACE. This can be located in a strip center or its own building. FLEX SPACE will allow you to convert it to a dance center. You likely will not find a space with wood floors and a mirrored wall, all those will have to be built once you locate the space.
