    No!!! dont eat them at all.
    You should know that your mood towards fitness and your bodies energy is all to do with what you have eaten the day before and what you have for your breakfast the following day. What you should have tonight is weetabix or anything like that which is slow acting energy then when you get up have a banana for energy, pint of water to hydrate yourself and any other fruit that isd high in natural sugars like raisins or even seeds are good too. NO crap sweets like Jelly Babies!!!
    Keep yourself hydrated tho, that is important to remember.
    P.S Lucozade Sport is a great form of quick releasing energy before your test.
