Oh i just done this in sports science :)

Aerobic is all exercises WITH oxygen. Things like walking, slow jogging, jumping up and down, marathons, sports that are normally LOW in intensity are aerobic.

Anaerobic is WITHOUT oxygen. Things like sprints, swimming competitions, etc are normally fast paced and high in intensity are anaerobic.
    :) yur welcomes. :P x Broken Pearls

anaerobic exercise is short “burst” exercise like weight lifting or sprinting that doesn’t “require” the presence of oxygen in the blood stream

aerobic is more long term, running, cardio etc. and they increase the need for oxygen in the bloodstream. Mr3000
