What exercise can get rid of my muffins (bulge that sticks over my pants at the back on the sides)?

I exercise regularly and I eat well. I have tried things like side crunches, but they focus on the obliques at the front, I need an exercise that works on the sides of my lower back right down to my glutes.

    side crunches. the muscles will eventually move onto the back. school_questions

    I was always taught that the only way to lose fat, is to lose it all over. You can’t really just target specific areas. And of course, to lose fat, you need to do lots of cardio, and combine that with low cal/fat diet. Good luck Penny P

    A lot of cardio and watching what you eat. Also try side crunches. I fluctuate in my weight and I can tell when I am eating too much when I begin to gain weight on my sides. When I notice this I watch how much I eat and what type of food I eat and they go away. Good luck! Lacey P
