What are the correct Air Force BMT Fitness standards and times?
I am leaving for Air Force basic in a month and I was wondering if anyone knew the correct fitness standards for graduation and how much time is given to do sit ups and pull ups.
The packet I was given by my recruiter is rather old (still says basic is 6 1/2 weeks) and doesn’t list how much time is given for each exercise. For the highest standard, “Warhawk,” it says 75 push ups and 80 sit ups. That seems like way too many reps to complete in just one minute. Do you actually have 2 minutes or have the standards changed?
Thanks!

select your age group range.
everything is based on 1 mintue push-ups / sit-ups
the overall test is a weighted average. Push-ups and sit-ups account for 20% so if you’re not looking like Jon Rambo then aim for 80% on both of these tests and focus on the run and the waist measurement. Mike
