What is the correct bullet in the physical fitness block of the Army NCOER?
A reserve soldier takes the APFT twice during the rating period but cannot complete either run due to knee problems. He does not have a military profile, but his treatment is documented by civilian doctors. What would be the correct entry on the physical fitness portion of the NCOER, fail/needs improvement or no APFT/success? Where can I find the correct statement to insert?
