How can I become a personal trainer for bodybuilding/fitness?
I’m 16 years old and I go to the gym a lot to build muscle and I noticed that my accomplishments health/appearance wise really has an influential impact on those around me. I would like to become a person who can help others reach their fitness goals, but I have no idea where to start.

What are some good fitness goals for someone who wants to go into Law Enforcement?
What kind of fitness goals should I have if I want to become a police officer? I’m female and 5′3″ tall.
I’m still working off baby weight, but I’ll be around 130lbs when I’m back in shape.
Oh, and I don’t care for doughnuts.

What is a high-quality goal referring to fitness?
For a fitness project i have to clearly identify four fitness goals that are specific and measurable… AND realistic. any help would be appreciated.

How to stay motivated to achieve big fitness goals?
I run and work out nearly every day but when it comes to big fitness goals I have a hard time staying motivated. I want to run a marathon by next summer as well as complete a triathlon. Any tips for staying motivated?
