From where would I be able to get a fitness and nutrition programme specifically designed for me?
I do a number of martial arts and want to be able to get to peak fitness in as short a time possible. I want a programme designed for me, telling me how much to eat, when to train what to do etc. Thanks for any help offered.

Look up ‘personal trainer’ in your local telephone directory. Nurse Soozy
Try joining a local gym, not one of the big names, but a local one to you, they try to be more friendly and helpful. I have joined a gym today actually, and they said they like to try to give the personal touch, help, advise, when they can. They give help on nutrition, and can also provide one to one if needed. so look locally, go as see a few, ask questions, tell them what you want. Good Luck. cah1340
