probably around 40mins-1 hour. You wont see huge results in 5 days though. But you will probably still see some results. britney
Depending on your health status and your weight, it should be around 40 minutes a day.
You will see dramatic results if your weight is higher than the average for your height. Michele
More than 1 hour of aggressive exercise without a recovery period tends to be counter-productive and can lead to either overuse injuries or lactic acid buildup, which will causee you to be real stiff .
BTW: BE SURE TO STRETCH!
Now, about the low-calorie part:
It’s not just “low calories” – it’s *quality* of calories.
1. Mono/poly unsaturated fats go towards muscle tissue growth.
2. Ratio between Fats, Carbo’s and protein (30-30-40 is overall best during dieting).
What is your current health?
What’s your metabolism like?
Do you eat breakfast? (this increases metabolism, usually)
What kind of Vitamin/Mineral substances do you plan on taking?
BTW-
1000 MG (2 tabs) of Cinnamon (for me at least) regulates blood sugar and is a natural appetite “regulator” (not suppressant) – you might want to try it during your “crunch” 5 days. Lots of scientific, no BS research supports this (Google “cinnamon and weight loss”).
The only real advice I have for such an open-ended Q like yours is to be be realistic, and to realize it takes some people YEARS to see “GOOD” results – so after five days – keep sticking with it…. you’ll be better off in the long run for as long as you do.
Good Luck!
