    I just read a study that said walking quickly lowers blood pressure by quite a bit. Running wasn’t as good for lowering blood pressure. the study was done on women..not men. So I’m not sure of the effect on men. I’ll link u if you want. Why!!!!!!!!

    Heart attack is only more likely if the hypertension is not medically treated. Kelle

    Cardiovascular fitness can lower blood pressure, but there may be genetic or other factors involved, necessitating medication as well. Po Li

    why working off all that stress you better belive it..and well perhaps getting rid of all the negative energies in ones life that may be causing all the stress and high blood pressure…has really worked for this gal.. littleprincess
