How to get better at tennis without nessecarily doing tennis ( fitness, strength conditioning etc)?
Hello
I am a pretty good tennis player who has won regionals etc and has a national ranking.
My ranking is getting higher ( but even then rankings dont mean much) and i am getting bigger and more aggresive. And i have a big tournament in 7 days.
but i live out of town so i cant play tennis more then 3 – 4 times a weeks.
What can i do? fitness? strength conditioning?
all suggestions welcome.

how can i improve my fitness and footwork in tennis?
i have really good strokes but i get really really tired. i want to improve my fitness and my footwork on my backhand side…. i cant chase balls when its on the backhand but i can hit almost every ball on the forehand. how do i improve?
