Having sex affects my mood, attention, and physical strength. I hear people saying they have sex 3-4 times a week. I would be very tired if i do it that frequent. Is this normal or am I missing something?

Hi, i’m a 16 year old teenager i play football (soccer) and my season has ended my team has been doing pre-season training, but for the past month i’ve been getting really out of breath easily in training and i’m getting easily outpaced by other players in my team who i feel like i’m faster than.. been feeling unfit and lazy
I went to a doctor and she said that i’m suffering from abit of anxiety but i don’t understand how this affects you physically?

Last year i had a very healthy diet, i still have a healthy diet but i have noticed some foods i’ve been eating are not as healthy as the foods i was eating last year, i feel like i’ve gained weight but alot of people say i have not, is anxiety playing a part with that?
I do have an awful sleeping pattern this year its worse than last year is this a cause of the problem aswell?

I started working out and eating 4000 calories a day for most of the 5 months and I gained 35 lbs, but I stop working out for 1 month because I was busy and I lost 15 lbs. I am at 160 at 5′11.

I’ll face it- I am an obese American male. I am 18 years old, with a weight of 219 lbs, and standing at 5 ft. 8 inches. I was wondering what is a good daily workout plan, detailed please, and a good daily diet. I cannot do the running machine for long periods of time, do to weak knees, and my goal is to get to 210 lbs by the end of August(or a better goal, if suggested). Please include details, most people I ask simply say eat less and excercise, but I have no idea how to. Also, there is a fitness center less than a block away, but no personal fitness instructors. Thanks a lot!
