Mononucleosis Fitness Problems?

Well I have had Mono for about 6 weeks now. I am extremely active, lifting and/or running nearly every day out of the week. With Mono I have missed a HUGE chunk of track and missed any training whatsoever (today was the first meet :( ) .

ANYWAYS. Naturally, I have lost a bit of muscle. My abs are hardly toned, arms smaller, etc.

So what is the best thing I can do for myself right now as far as staying in shape goes? I can’t exercise, I’ll get even sicker in a heartbeat. Should I just focus on eating very well?

I am a female about 30 ish. I have been doing a fitness boot camp for the last three weeks and watching my diet. Boot camp is 4-5 days a week for an hour. The first two weeks I dropped ten pounds but have lost only 1 in the last week. I still have 20-25lbs left to lose. It seems I have slowed a bit and started running on a treadmill this week in the evenings for about 20 min with a 15 min speed walk. I think I may have cut my daily calories to much last week sometimes forgetting to eat. Anyhow, I would like to lose at least 3 lbs a week. I would like some suggestions for stepping up the weight loss and eating correctly. I think the key is in my diet. I cut calories but the quality of the food is not very impressive. The goal is to balance between weight loss and energy. I would like a long term change for better health with steady results losing weight. Also, I am losing weight everywhere but my stomach, which is where I need to lose it the most. My stomach is hard and muscular with the fat either underneath or in between the muscle and some fat on my back. The rest of my body is very muscular with little to no fat but I am a bit bulky from lifting and sports in the past. I would to slim it down a bit but the main problem is bulky stomach. I would appreciate any advice. Thank you.

I have read tonnes and tonnes over stuff on onlie forums regarding their shady business practices. If you have had problems there is something you can do by filing a report with the Consumer Protection Act, 2002. Enough complaints will get your money back if you have had it stolen.

Also, for the legal adivce part of my question:

I gave them one account to withdraw money from and changed it not a week later because of back charges that were going to happen every time my fees were taken from the first account. Now…money is being taken from both accounts for my fees.

Also…I had signed up for a nutrition program they offered me because it seemd like it would achieve my goals at the gym. I changed my mind the next day and used the “cooling off period” outlined in the Consumer Protection Act, 2002 of 10 days to cancel out of the contract. These fees are still being taken out of my account until I recently got a request from the gym for “head office” to stop the direct withdrawal. However, it hasn’t stopped yet. I have the request in writing along with all other billing information in writing if it doesn’t stop what should I do?

When i complain a doctor of the pain he is prescribing an analgesic, which is only helping temporarily.
I want to know which doctor(i mean specialization. physio/ spots physio/ ortho ) should i consult for better remedy and for complete fitness.

Especially, women. I have met one other female member who had the same experience as me. LA Fitness “says” one thing but on the contract it says something else. And they distract you and they go so super fast when going over the contract – and they deliberetly cause distractions, like other employess will come and joke with you or make small talks and this interruption will happen again and again. This will break you chain of thoughts in case you have a question and then like an A$$ you’ll be tricked into signing the contract without seeing what’s in it.

Has this happened to you?

Also, if they over charge you by THEIR mistake, they still won’t refund your money.
